Belding Area Schools Bid Package #5

Background
Belding Area Schools is seeking proposals from qualified bidders for various portions of the project, including renovations to the Bus Garage, Fieldhouse, Track, and Press Box. The Construction Manager for the project is Triangle Associates, Inc., and the Design Professional is Tower Pinkster.

Work Details
The work to be performed includes a range of services such as concrete work, masonry, carpentry & general trades, roofing, aluminum, glass & glazing installation, drywall & related interior trades, flooring installation, painting, food service equipment installation, mechanical work, testing & balancing services,
electrical work, site/building earthwork/utilities, asphalt paving, synthetic track surfacing, and landscaping.

Period of Performance
Proposals are due on February 22nd, 2024 at 10:00 AM at Belding Area Schools – High School. A pre-bid meeting will be held on February 12th, 2024.
The project does not fall under prevailing wage requirements.

Place of Performance
The project will take place at various locations within Belding Area Schools premises in Belding, Michigan.
