Asbestos Abatement MSC

Background
The Board of Education of L’Anse Creuse Public Schools is seeking firm, sealed bids for the abatement of asbestos at Middle School Central.

Work Details
The contract involves providing all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to complete asbestos abatement at Middle School Central located at 38000 Reimold St, Harrison TWP, MI 48045.
Bidders are required to attend a mandatory pre-bid walk-through on March 2nd, 2026, to obtain specifications and proposal forms.
Proposals must include a bid bond or certified check for not less than 5% of the contract value and must be submitted in duplicate using the forms provided in the bid packet.
All proposals must also include familial disclosure statements as per MCL 380.1267 and disclosures regarding any relationships with Iranian companies as per Act No. 517.
