AI Consulting Services RFP

Background
The Department of Technology, Management and Budget is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) for AI Consulting Services.
The goal of this contract is to engage a vendor that can provide expert consulting services in artificial intelligence to support the State's initiatives and enhance its operational capabilities.

Work Details
The selected contractor will be responsible for providing AI consulting services, which may include but are not limited to:
- Assessment of current AI capabilities and identification of opportunities for improvement.
- Development of AI strategies aligned with the State's goals.
- Implementation support for AI solutions, including data analysis, model development, and deployment.
- Training and knowledge transfer to State personnel on AI tools and methodologies.
- Ongoing support and evaluation of implemented AI solutions to ensure effectiveness and alignment with objectives.

Period of Performance
The anticipated contract start date is November 8, 2024, with a term lasting until November 7, 2027.
The contract may be renewed for up to five additional one-year periods at the discretion of the State.

Place of Performance
The services will primarily be performed within the State of Michigan, with potential requirements for remote consultations or travel as needed.
