AI Consulting Services RFP

Background
The Department of Technology, Management and Budget is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) for AI Consulting Services. The goal of the contract is to engage a vendor that can provide expert consulting services in artificial intelligence to support the State's initiatives and improve operational efficiencies.

This RFP aims to identify qualified vendors who can deliver innovative AI solutions tailored to the needs of the State.

Work Details
The selected contractor will be responsible for providing AI consulting services, which may include but are not limited to:
- Assessing current AI capabilities and identifying areas for improvement.
- Developing a strategic plan for AI implementation across various departments.
- Providing training and support for State personnel on AI tools and technologies.
- Assisting in the development of AI models and algorithms specific to State needs.
- Offering ongoing support and evaluation of AI initiatives post-implementation.

Period of Performance
The anticipated contract start date is November 8, 2024, with an initial term lasting until November 7, 2027. The contract may be renewed for up to five additional one-year periods at the discretion of the State.

Place of Performance
The services will primarily be performed within the State of Michigan, with potential requirements for remote consultations or travel as necessary.
