Background
The Department of Technology, Management and Budget (DTMB) is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for professional services related to the roof replacement project at the Detroit Maintenance Garage in Michigan. This project falls under the Minor State Capital Outlay Projects category and aims to secure professional services that will ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing professional services that encompass the following phases:
- 100 Study
- 200 Program Analysis
- 300 Schematic Design
- 400 Preliminary Design
- 500 Final Design
- 600 Construction Administration - Office Services
- 700 Construction Administration - Field Services.

The contractor must demonstrate experience in similar projects and ensure all work aligns with applicable regulations. The proposal must include a complete design based on the approved project/program statement.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed from the date of award until completion of all phases as outlined in the RFP. The proposal due date is set for Thursday, June 4, 2026.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at the Detroit Maintenance Garage located at 1500 East Ferry Street, Detroit, Michigan.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must possess a license to practice in Michigan and submit a signed Certification of a Michigan Based Business along with Responsibility Certification forms. Proposals must be submitted electronically through the State of Michigan Procurement System (SIGMA VSS).
