Background
The State of Michigan, through the Department of Technology, Management and Budget, is issuing a solicitation for the Brighton Garage Window Replacement project.
The goal of this contract is to replace exterior windows in the Heated Storage Building at the Brighton Garage, enhancing the facility's energy efficiency and overall functionality.

Work Details
The contract includes the removal and replacement of exterior windows at the Brighton Garage.
The new windows must be double pane, low emissivity (low e), argon-filled aluminum frame units.
Additionally, sealants are to be applied around the windows as part of the installation process.
The project requires all labor, materials, equipment, and related services necessary for completion.

Period of Performance
The contract work is to be completed within 60 days from the start date.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at 10102 East Grand River Rd., Brighton, MI 48116.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must provide a bid security of 5% of their base bid amount.
A performance bond and payment bond are required for contracts exceeding $50,000.
Bidders must also certify as a Qualified Disabled Veteran or Michigan-Based Business if applicable.
All subcontractors must have current State Project Registration.
