Description

511/24389.AGY; Greenville Armory - Renovate Armory
Background
The Department of Technology, Management and Budget, State Facilities Administration, Design & Construction Division is issuing this solicitation for the renovation of the Greenville Armory.

The goal of this contract is to provide necessary renovations to enhance the functionality and safety of the facility located at 319 S. Hillcrest St., Greenville, MI 48838.

Work Details
The work under this contract includes providing all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to renovate the armory and complete all related work as specified in the accompanying drawings and specifications for DMVA Project No. 26B2522025.

This may include structural repairs, interior renovations, upgrades to utilities and systems, and compliance with safety standards.

Period of Performance
The contract work is expected to commence after the bid due date of August 21, 2024, with specific timelines to be determined upon award.
