Background
The Department of Technology, Management and Budget (DTMB) is issuing this solicitation for the construction of a Motor Vehicle Storage Facility at the Howell Armory located at 727 Isbell St., Howell, MI 48843.

The project aims to enhance the storage capabilities for military vehicles, aligning with the agency's mission to manage state facilities effectively.

Work Details
The scope of work includes:
- Construction of SESC controls
- Removal of asphalt and concrete pavements
- Curb and gutter removal
- Excavation and grading
- Installation of storm sewers and structures
- Installation of crushed limestone aggregate base
- Installation of bollards
- HMA paving
- Concrete flatwork
- Chain link fencing
- Site lighting
- Construction of a 5,000+/- square foot metal military vehicle garage.

Additional tasks include spreading topsoil, hydroseeding, and site restoration as indicated in the accompanying drawings and specifications.
