Bidder Requirements
Bidders must submit a five percent (5%) bid security with their proposal. A performance bond and a payment bond are required for all contracts over $50,000. Bidders must also certify as a Qualified Disabled Veteran (QDV) or Michigan-Based Business if applicable. Additionally, bidders must comply with all federal, state, and local laws including health and safety regulations.
