Background
The Detroit Public Schools Community District is seeking proposals for the Facility Master Plan Series 5 Roofing project, focusing on renovations at various schools including Hamilton Academy, Nichols Elementary School, and Henry Ford High School. The goal of this contract is to enhance the roofing systems as part of a broader initiative to improve school facilities.

The Construction Manager for this project is Brinker-Christman, a Joint Venture, with architectural services provided by Ghafari Associates, LLC.

Work Details

1. Removal and replacement of roofing systems, flashings, copings, and miscellaneous metals at specified locations.

- WC 14: Roofing
