2025 WMAES Monument Sign

Background
The West Michigan Academy of Environmental Science (the 'Academy') is seeking bids from qualified contractors for the installation of a new monument sign. The goal of this Request for Bids (RFB) is to obtain proposals for the removal and disposal of the current sign, as well as the design, fabrication, and installation of a new monument sign at the Academy's location. This project aims to enhance the visibility and branding of the Academy.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the following tasks:

1. Removal and disposal of the existing monument sign.
2. Design of a new monument sign that meets the specifications outlined in APPENDIX A.
3. Fabrication of the new monument sign according to approved designs.
4. Installation of the new monument sign at the specified location within the Academy premises.

All work must comply with the Plans, Specifications, and Minimum Compliance Requirements detailed in APPENDIX A.

Period of Performance
The work is scheduled to commence on March 13, 2025, with a deadline for completion set for August 1, 2025.

Place of Performance
The contract work will be performed at West Michigan Academy of Environmental Science, located at 4463 Leonard NW, Walker, MI 49544.
