Background
The Department of Technology, Management & Budget (DTMB) of the State of Michigan is seeking bids for printing services related to the production of the 2025 Michigan Fall Turkey Hunting Regulations. The goal of this contract is to provide high-quality printed materials that will be distributed to various locations across the state in a timely manner.

Work Details
The contract requires the vendor to produce 7,400 copies of a self-cover booklet measuring 5.375" x 8.375" with a total of 40 pages. The specifications include:
- Ink: 4/4 color with bleeds
- Text: Self-cover using 60lb white gloss text
- Bindery: Saddle stitch along the 8.375" edge
- Packing: Bundled with paper bands in groups of 20
- Delivery must be made directly to approximately 212 locations using DTMB's FedEx account number (294170709).

A detailed estimate must accompany the bid, and both digital and hardcopy proofs are required prior to final approval. The completed materials must be in stores no later than June 20, 2025, and must be shipped back to Bradley M. Schumann at the General Services Building in Dimondale, MI within 15-20 business days upon proof approval.

Bidders must be pre-qualified with Print & Mail Management (PMM) and registered as vendors with the State of Michigan. Only bids from pre-qualified vendors will be accepted. Vendors must also accept Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) payments. Additionally, all submitted bids must include freight costs and comply with specified packaging and labeling requirements.
