2025 Dnr Sturgeon Fish Sticker

Background
The Department of Technology, Management & Budget (DTMB) of the State of Michigan is seeking bids for the production of the 2025 DNR Sturgeon Fish Sticker. The DTMB is responsible for managing various state services, including printing services. They aim to procure high-quality stickers that meet specific requirements for outdoor and indoor use.

Work Details
The contract involves the printing of 3,000 die-cut stickers shaped like a fish. The approximate die cut size is 10" x 5". The stickers must be made from UV fade-resistant material and ink, specifically using 4mil white vinyl with permanent adhesive.

The stickers should be packed in shrink wrap in quantities of 100 per carton, with each carton not exceeding 40 lbs. A PDF proof is required before final approval, and vendors must provide a detailed estimate with their bid to be considered.

Period of Performance
The work must be completed within 10 business days upon vendor proof approval.

Place of Performance
The finished products are to be shipped to Bradley M. Schumann at the General Services Building, located at 7461 Crowner Dr., Dimondale, MI 48821.

Bidder Requirements
Vendors must be pre-qualified with Print & Mail Management (PMM) and registered with the State of Michigan to accept EFT payments. Only bids from pre-qualified vendors will be accepted.
