2025 Dnr Internet License Stock

Background
The Department of Technology, Management & Budget is seeking bids for the printing of the 2025 DNR Internet License Stock.
The goal of this contract is to produce high-quality printed materials that meet specific design and production requirements for the State of Michigan.

Work Details
The contractor will provide 60,000 sheets of printed license stock with the following specifications:
- Finish Size: 8.5 x 11 inches
- Each sheet will be divided into thirds (8.5 x 3.6667) and contain 9 cards (2.125 x 3.375 inches each), die cut, perforated, and with clipped corners.
- Print color: PMS 0821C Blue on the front license area only; black ink on the back.
- Cover material: White 9 mil Duralaz with no bleeds.
- Bindery requirements include perfs, die cuts, and clipped corners as per attached sample.
- Packing: 1,000 sheets per box.
- A PDF proof is required for approval prior to production.
