2024 Novi Comm. School District Site Improvements

Background
The Novi Community School District (NCSD) is seeking bids for their 2024 Site Improvements Program, which includes parking lot and playground asphalt pavement replacement, HMA repairs, concrete sidewalk repairs, and repair of two concrete loading docks at various district locations. The work is located at multiple buildings/sites throughout the district.

Work Details
The program consists of full depth hot mix asphalt (HMA) removal and replacement of approximately 76,500 square feet of existing HMA pavement at multiple district locations, including specific schools such as Parkview Elementary School, Deerfield Elementary School, and Orchard Hills Elementary School.
Additionally, the program includes concrete loading dock repair at Novi High School and the ROAR Center. The work also involves concrete curb and gutter and sidewalk replacement, and may include full depth Hot Mix Asphalt patching and/or drainage improvements at various district locations.

Period of Performance
Bids will be received until 2:00 PM local time on April 1, 2024. The project is expected to start after the bid selection process is completed.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at various buildings/sites throughout the Novi Community School District in Michigan. Bid packages are to be delivered in person to the NCSD Educational Services Building (ESB) located at 25345 Taft Rd, Novi, MI 48374.
