- Ink: Full color (4/4c)
- Bindery: Saddle stitch, banded in groups of 20
- Packing and Distribution: Vendor must complete a mail distribution list for approximately 1,350 locations using DNR's UPS account information. An electronic PDF proof must be provided prior to final printing. A detailed estimate must accompany the bid; failure to do so will result in disqualification from consideration.

Period of Performance
The completed digest must be in stores by October 22, 2024.
