Uniforms- Pants & Shirts - Maine State Police Tac Team

Background
The State of Maine, through the Department of Administrative and Financial Services and the Office of State Procurement Services (OSPS), is seeking quotations for uniforms for the Maine State Police Tac Team.
The goal is to procure specific uniform items that match the current inventory requirements, ensuring consistency and quality in the uniforms provided to law enforcement personnel.

Work Details
The contract requires the provision of the following items:
1. Combat Shirt - Regular & Tall - Multicam Tropic Pattern
- Sizes: Small to 3XL
- Features: Zippered collar, 50/50 Nylon/Cotton blend, Flame Resistant Fabric.
- Manufacturer: Crye Precision, Model: APRCSE93
2. Combat Pant - Regular & Tall - Multicam Tropic Pattern
- Sizes: Small to 3XL
- Features: Zippered fly with velcro closure, High mobility stretch panels at the knee & lower back.
- Manufacturer: Crye Precision, Model: APRCPE93
All items must match current inventory with no substitutes allowed.
The contract will create a Master Agreement allowing for future purchases as needed.

Period of Performance
The initial period of performance begins immediately upon contract award and extends until February 28, 2027.
There are two optional extension periods available:
- Extension Period #1: March 1, 2027 to February 28, 2028
- Extension Period #2: March 1, 2028 to February 28, 2029.

The delivery location for the uniforms is at Maine State Police Supply, located at 36 Hospital St., Augusta, ME 04330.
