RFB 2025-091 Virtual Tour Solution for University of Maine at Fort Kent

Background
The University of Maine System, acting on behalf of the University of Maine at Fort Kent, is seeking to implement an AI-integrated virtual tour solution. This initiative aims to enhance recruitment efforts by providing a modern and engaging way to showcase the campus to prospective students, parents, and school counselors.

The solution is expected to deliver crucial analytics for targeting audiences effectively.

Work Details
The Contractor will provide an AI-integrated virtual tour platform that includes:
1) Personalization based on user preferences;
2) 360-degree panoramic views, motion graphics, and animations;
3) User engagement tracking and analytics;
4) Interactive guided tours led by students or admissions representatives;
5) Integration with CRM systems;
6) On-site content capture for UMFK;
7) Options for video and drone footage;
8) A minimum of 40, 360-degree photos across at least 30 destinations;
9) Five video action zones with drone capture;
10) Implementation by August 2025;
11) Options for audio guides in English and one additional language;
and
12) Dedicated support from an account manager with regular content updates.

Additional services may be added by mutual agreement without voiding existing provisions.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence on June 9, 2025, and terminate on June 8, 2028, with options for two three-year renewals upon mutual written agreement.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the University of Maine at Fort Kent campus.

Bidder Requirements
The Contractor must maintain various insurances including Commercial General Liability ($1 million per occurrence), Vehicle Liability ($1 million per occurrence), Workers Compensation (as per state law), Professional Liability Insurance ($1 million per occurrence), and Cyber Liability Insurance ($1 million per occurrence).

The Contractor must also comply with the University’s standards for safeguarding information.
