Background
The State of Maine, through its Department of Administrative and Financial Services and the Office of State Procurement Services (OSPS), is seeking quotations for lumber to support the rebuild of the Henderson Bridge. This RFQ is issued on behalf of the Department of Agriculture, Conservation and Forestry.

The goal is to procure specific types of pressure-treated lumber suitable for severe service freshwater applications.

Work Details
The contract requires the delivery of 300 pieces of 8"x8"x16' rough sawn lumber and 360 pieces of 4"x8"x16' rough sawn lumber, both pressure treated and rated for ground contact grade/use for UCB4.

The products must be delivered to 45 Radar Road, Ashland, ME on or before May 1, 2025. All bids must include shipping charges under 'Free on Board (FOB) – Destination' terms, meaning the vendor bears responsibility until delivery is accepted by the State.
