A. Classification Analysis - Review job descriptions, conduct field assessments, evaluate competencies and compensation equity within and across job families, recommend new or revised classifications.
B. Compensation Analysis - Perform a market analysis comparing MJB compensation to relevant labor markets, recommend simplifications to pay scales, and propose a consolidated pay scale structure.
C. Recruitment and Retention Impact - Assess current compensation's impact on recruitment and retention, identify concerns affecting candidate interest or employee retention, and recommend career ladders for job classifications.
D. Deliverables include written reports documenting methodologies, findings, recommendations with supporting data, presentation of findings to stakeholders, and provision of electronic copies of all deliverables.
Period of Performance
The anticipated contract period is from June 25, 2026 to December 21, 2027.
Place of Performance
The services will be performed within the State of Maine.
