Classroom Equipment and Supplies

Background
The State of Maine Department of Administrative and Financial Services, Office of State Procurement Services (OSPS) is conducting this Request for Quotations (RFQ) on behalf of the Department of Health and Human Services.

The purpose of this RFQ is to solicit bids for classroom equipment and supplies that meet the specifications outlined in the attached documents. OSPS aims to procure goods that will support educational initiatives within the state.

Work Details
The contract involves providing various classroom equipment and supplies as detailed in Appendix B.

The specific items include:
- 291 Cuddly Pup Weighted Shoulder Wraps
- 41 Lakeshore Black Play People Differently Abled
- 111 Lakeshore Community Block Play People
- 111 Best-Buy Multicultural Play Food

Additionally, there are numerous other educational toys and sensory materials totaling over 40 different items with specified quantities. Each item must meet or exceed the posted specifications, and equivalent items may be proposed with appropriate documentation to prove equivalency.

Period of Performance
The expected delivery timeframe for the goods is immediate upon receipt of order (ARO), with specific delivery dates factored into the bid award decision.

Deliveries are to be made to two locations:
- Office of Child and Family Services at 2 Anthony Avenue, Augusta, ME 04333
- Department of Education at 111 Sewall Street, 5th Floor, Augusta, ME 04330.
