Workiva RFQ

Background
The State Retirement Agency (SRA) of Maryland is issuing this Request for Quote (RFQ) to procure an annual maintenance agreement for the Workiva Connected Government Financial Reporting Solution, specifically the SLED Pensions Reporting Advanced.

The Agency aims to streamline the creation of its Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR) and other financial reports through this software solution.

Work Details
The Contractor will provide an annual maintenance agreement for the Workiva Connected Government Financial Reporting Solution, which includes access to the SLED Pension Reporting Advanced workspace.

This service will support the Maryland State Retirement Agency in automating the collection of financial data from multiple sources and producing necessary reports, including the ACFR published twice a year.

The Contractor must be an authorized provider of Workiva Software and is responsible for all goods and services outlined in this RFQ.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence on June 1, 2025, and conclude on May 31, 2026.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the Maryland State Retirement Agency located at 120 E. Baltimore Street, Baltimore, MD 21202.

Bidder Requirements
Contractors must provide proof of being an authorized provider of Workiva Software with their proposal.
