Water Treatment Plant Aeration System Upgrade

The City of Bowie, Maryland requests bids from qualified firms for the upgrade of the Aeration system located at the Water Treatment Plant located at the Public Works Department, 2912 Bradford Lane, Bowie, Maryland. The work shall be consistent with the Scope of Services contained in this Invitation for Bids (IFB). By submission of a bid, the bidder represents that it is able to comply with all requirements contained in the IFB. An optional site visit will be held on Thursday, December 5, 2024 at 10 a.m. at the Water Treatment Plant located at the Public Works department, 2912 Bradford Lane, Bowie, Maryland. All questions or requests for clarifications regarding this IFB are required to be submitted through the Bid Locker platform at https://bidlocker.us/details/4533_Wtp_Aeration_System_Repair_And_Upgrade, prior to 11:00 a.m. on Monday, December 9, 2024. Written responses to all questions and/or requests for clarifications will be issued no later than Wednesday, December 11, 2024, to all those who have expressed interest in this IFB through the Bid Locker platform.Bids shall be submitted electronically to the City through the Bid Locker platform at https://bidlocker.us/details/4533_Wtp_Aeration_System_Repair_And_Upgrade, prior to 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, December 19, 2024. Any interested party may register with Bid Locker at https://bidlocker.us/Account/Signup at no cost and access the solicitation documents. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud via a virtual meeting. A link to join the meeting will be emailed to all parties who have registered with Bid Locker regarding this IFB. All blanks on each form provided by the City in connection with this IFB must be filled in, and no change shall be made to any part of the text of the form.
