Water Sample Testing

Background
The Baltimore County Purchasing Division is issuing a Request for Quotation (RFQ) No. Q-10000350 for water sample testing services.
The goal of this contract is to provide necessary testing services to ensure the safety and compliance of water quality in the county.
This contract supports the county's mission of maintaining public health and environmental standards.

Work Details
The contractor will provide water sample testing services as required by Baltimore County.
This includes conducting tests on water samples collected by county personnel, ensuring compliance with all applicable EPA Test Methods, and providing certified laboratory reports.
The contractor must maintain a laboratory within a 15-mile radius of the Baltimore County Utilities location at 4419 Bucks Schoolhouse Road, Fullerton, MD 21237 for ease of sample drop-off.
Additionally, the contractor is responsible for ensuring that all permits, licenses, and certifications are current throughout the contract duration.

Period of Performance
The initial term of the contract will be for one year, with an option for one additional year renewal under the same terms and conditions.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at the contractor's laboratory located within a 15-mile radius of 4419 Bucks Schoolhouse Road, Fullerton, MD 21237.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must provide two references from similar size and scope contracts completed in the past two years.
They must also submit proof of certification and license to do business in Maryland.
Additionally, bidders must comply with insurance requirements as specified by Baltimore County, including general liability and workers' compensation insurance.
