Vaccination Records Consumer Access Portal

Background
The Maryland Department of Health (MDH) is seeking an experienced vendor to implement, maintain, and support a commercially available Immunization Consumer Access portal. The goal is to provide consumers with direct access to their vaccination records, aligning with national guidelines and standards.

Work Details
The vendor is required to provide a fully customizable state-of-the-art commercially available COTS 'Vaccination Records Consumer Access Portal'. The scope includes procurement, development/enhancement, implementation, maintenance, and support of the product. All work must comply with HIPAA laws and be performed in the United States.
The portal should allow consumers to access, view, download, and print their vaccination records, including SMART Health Card capability.

Period of Performance
The contract duration is a five-year base period with two one-year option periods. The primary place of performance is a secured environment designated by the vendor.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed in a secured environment at the vendor's designation.
