University of Maryland Women's Leadership Program
Background
The University of Maryland is seeking qualified vendors to design and deliver a high-impact, cohort-based women’s leadership development program. This initiative aims to support 50 emerging women leaders through tailored workshops, coaching, and professional development resources that are scalable and research-informed, facilitating the transition from college to career.

Work Details
The contract involves the following key components:

1. **Program Launch**: Deliver an in-person kickoff event to establish community and provide an overview of the program.

2. **Leadership Development Curriculum**: Facilitate four virtual workshops on topics such as leveraging leadership skills, career readiness, confidence building, and networking. Vendors must submit outlines for these workshops.

3. **Peer Coaching Journey**: Design a six-month peer-coaching program with cohorts of 6-8 participants meeting monthly for virtual sessions focused on goal-setting and skill development. Coaches must be certified and experienced in facilitating inquiry-based coaching for early-career women.

4. **Signature Events**: Host an in-person program completion celebration and coordinate attendance at the UMD Women’s Conference.

5. **Continued Development & Support**: Provide each participant with a one-year digital membership to a leadership platform offering access to events, resources, and a content library.

Period of Performance
The contract period is from the date of award until May 31, 2026, with access to digital membership extending until May 31, 2027.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed primarily at the University of Maryland campus in College Park, MD.

Bidder Requirements
Vendors must demonstrate substantial experience in delivering leadership programs specifically for women and provide evidence of impact such as participant outcomes or testimonials. Additionally, they must comply with insurance requirements including general liability coverage of $2 million per occurrence and network security liability insurance.
