UiPath RPA Solution Subscription Renewal

Background
The Maryland Health Benefit Exchange (MHBE) is an independent unit of State government established to provide Maryland residents and small businesses with the opportunity to compare health insurance plans and facilitate enrollment.

The purpose of this solicitation is to renew the subscription to the UiPath Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solution for a 12-month duration, supporting MHBE's mission to enhance operational efficiency through automation.

Work Details
The vendor shall provide the following UiPath components for a 12-month period starting February 11, 2025, through February 10, 2026:
1. UiPath – Flex – AI Unit Bundle (SKU: UIFDAIUB600-2) - Quantity: 5 (60K)
2. UiPath – Flex – Automation Developer – Named User (SKU: UIFDADNU000-2) - Quantity: 3
3. UiPath – Flex – Action Center Named User (SKU: UIFDACNU000-2) - Quantity: 12
4. UiPath – Flex – Unattended Robot (SKU: UIFDUR00000-2) - Quantity: 7
5. UiPath – Flex – Unattended Robot Test (SKU: UIFDURT0000-2) - Quantity: 10.

Additionally, standard support from UiPath will be included as part of this purchase, covering incident diagnosis, service requests, improvements, documentation provision, root cause analysis, customer support portal access, case management, and a service window available 24/7.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence on February 11, 2025, and conclude on February 10, 2026.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the Maryland Health Benefit Exchange located at 750 E. Pratt Street, Baltimore, MD.
