Tr-25013, Urgent Need Contract, Citywide

Background
The City of Baltimore's Department of Transportation is issuing the TR-25013, Urgent Need Contract, Citywide. The mission of this contract is to address urgent infrastructure needs within the city, specifically focusing on paving and sidewalk improvements.

Work Details
The principal items of work for this project include:
- Superpave Asphalt 12.5MM and 19.0MM and Various Mix totaling 9,540 tons;
- Curbs and Curbs & Gutters with a total length of 5,000 linear feet;
- Sidewalk construction covering an area of 32,400 square feet.

The project falls under the prequalification categories A02602 (Bituminous Paving) and D02620 (Curbs, Gutters & Sidewalk).

Period of Performance
The contract is expected to be performed from the date of award until completion, with bids due by May 21st, 2025.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed citywide in Baltimore, Maryland.

Bidder Requirements
All contractors must be prequalified by the City of Baltimore Contractors’ Qualification Committee. The cost qualification range for this project is between $3,000,000.00 and $4,000,000.00.

There are specific MBE (Minority Business Enterprise) goals set at 21% and WBE (Women Business Enterprise) goals at 8%.
