Third Party Maintenance to support IBM DS8870 SAN environment.

Background
The Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services (DPSCS) is issuing this Purchase Order Request for Proposals (PORFP) under the Hardware Master Contract 060B2490022.
The goal of this contract is to provide third-party maintenance support for the IBM DS8870 SAN environment, ensuring reliable operation and support for critical data storage systems.

Work Details
The contractor will provide third-party hardware support for the IBM DS8870 Model 961 Storage Array and associated components. This includes:
- Annual Hardware Support for IBM DS8870 SAN for a period of three years from December 28, 2024, to December 27, 2027.
- Products to be supported include:
- IBM DS8870 Model 961 Storage Array
- IBM DS8000 I/O Enclosure Pair PCIe
- IBM FICON/FCP 4-port 8Gb LW Adapter
- IBM 16GB Processor Memory (2-core)
- IBM DS8870 2-Core Processor Indicator
- IBM 600GB 10K SAS 2.5in SED HDD Set
- IBM FICON Attachment License
- IBM zHPF Indicator
- IBM PAV 10 TB Indicator
Technical advice and guidance related to enterprise storage solutions will also be included.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a three-year period starting from December 28, 2024, to December 27, 2027.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the DPSCS Public Safety Data Center located at 1201 Reisterstown Road, Building F, Pikesville, MD 21208.
Additionally, all equipment acquired via this PORFP shall be delivered to the DPSCS Warehouse at 7122 Ambassador Road, Windsor Mill, MD 21244.
