Task Order - New Day Use Restroom at Greenwell State Park

Background
The Maryland Department of Natural Resources (DNR) is issuing a task order for the construction of a new day-use restroom facility at Greenwell State Park, located at 25420 Rosedale Manor Lane, Hollywood, MD 20636.

The project aims to replace the existing Clivus Multrum® composting restroom with a precast concrete vault unit, enhancing visitor amenities and supporting the park's mission to provide quality recreational facilities.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, and insurance necessary to complete the project. This includes but is not limited to:
- Demolition of the existing composting restroom
- Site preparation for the new restroom installation
- Installation of a precast concrete vault unit
- Required landscaping or site restoration.

The contractor must adhere to all applicable construction standards and regulations as outlined in the project documents.

Period of Performance
The contract duration is set for 90 calendar days from the notice to proceed.
