Stevenson/Woodstock Raw Sewage Hauling - MBE 5%

The Maryland Environmental Service is soliciting competitive sealed bids from qualified Contractors to provide transportation of raw wastewater generated by the Stevenson University WWTP and the Woodstock WWTP to be hauled to Freedom District WWTP in Sykesville, MD. This is a Multi-Step Seal Bid COMAR 21.05.02.17. Definition. "Multi-step sealed bidding" means a two-phase process in which bidders submit unpriced technical offers or samples, or both, to be reviewed by the State and a second phase in which those bidders whose technical offers or samples, or both, have been found to be acceptable during the first phase have their price bids considered. Mailed, Emailed, Faxed, or Hand Delivered (paper) bids will not be accepted. Requested Information on the MES Procurement Portal must be submitted on or before the bid due date, Submission option will not be available after the bid due date.
