Statewide Fleet Full Size utility Vehicles Type 10 & 10-1

Background
The State of Maryland, through its Department of General Services (DGS), is issuing this Invitation for Bids (IFB) to procure Full Size Utility Vehicles, Type 10 & 10-1, Model Year 2025.
The goal of this contract is to establish a source of supply for these vehicles at a firm fixed price, ensuring compliance with specified requirements and standards.
The contract may involve multiple awards to the lowest responsive and responsible bidders.

Work Details
The contractor will provide Statewide Full Size Utility Vehicles, specifically Type 10 and Type 10-1, Model Year 2025.
Key specifications include:
- Type 10: 4-door Full Size Utility Vehicle, AWD or 4x4, seating for 7, minimum wheelbase of 116 inches, V-8 engine with at least 5.3L displacement and automatic transmission.
- Type 10-1: Extended version with similar specifications as Type 10.
- Vehicles must include standard equipment such as OEM Bluetooth, power windows and locks, rear view camera, anti-lock braking system (ABS), and more.
- Each vehicle must be delivered with a minimum of five gallons of gasoline and a Certificate of Origin.
- A warranty on the powertrain for five years/60,000 miles and a vehicle warranty for one year/12,000 miles is required with zero deductible.

Period of Performance
The contract will have a one-year base period with an option for one additional year.

Place of Performance
Statewide delivery within Maryland.
