Background
The Maryland State Retirement Agency is seeking to procure secure database activity monitoring software to enhance the security of sensitive data residing on their SQL servers. The goal of this contract is to ensure better protection of MPAS data through the implementation of Imperva's Data Secure Base Plan.

Work Details
The contract includes the following products and services:

1. **COTS Software**: Imperva Data Secure Base Plan, P/N# DATS-T1-V1-BASE-4S, which includes licenses for 4 servers. Quantity: 1, Delivery Date: 07/02/2025. This also includes an Annual Enhanced Subscription (P/N# DATS-T1-1Y-HYB).

2. **Installation and Training Services**: Specific details on installation and training services are required as part of the proposal.

3. **Manufacturer's Software Warranty/Maintenance**: The contract includes warranty and maintenance for the Imperva Data Secure Base Plan from 07/02/2025 to 07/01/2026.

Period of Performance
The performance period for this contract begins on 07/02/2025 and extends through at least one year for warranty and maintenance services until 07/01/2026.

Bidder Requirements
This is a Small Business Reserve Procurement limited to certified small business vendors that meet statutory requirements set forth in State Finance and Procurement Article, §§14-501—14-505, Annotated Code of Maryland. Only Master Contractors authorized under the Commercial Off-the-Shelf Software (COTS) Master Contract are eligible to submit bids.
