SRA 25-139, Entrepreneurial Operating System

Background
The Maryland State Retirement Agency, a Maryland State governmental agency, is seeking quotes to implement the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) business strategy. EOS is a system of business tools and concepts designed to help organizations improve operations, align teams, and achieve business goals. The initiative aims to clarify, simplify, and promote the Agency's vision while instilling focus, discipline, and accountability throughout the organization.

Work Details
The vendor will provide ten (10) full-day, in-person sessions over a two-year period. Each session will be compensated upon the vendor's submission of a proper invoice. Vendors are required to use the attached EXCEL price form to submit their bids for each session. The contract will be awarded based on the most favorable (lowest) total quote price submitted by a responsible vendor.

Period of Performance
The contract will span over a two-year period during which ten (10) full-day sessions will be conducted.

Place of Performance
The sessions will be held in-person at locations determined by the Maryland State Retirement Agency.

Bidder Requirements
Vendors must be willing to accept a State issued purchase order. All questions regarding this quote must be submitted before the due date on April 30, 2025, at 5:00 P.M. to the Procurement Officer.
