Background
The Maryland School for the Deaf is issuing a Purchase Order Request for Proposal (PORFP) for the procurement of SmartBoard technology. The goal of this contract is to acquire 17 Smart Board RX265 Interactive Displays with iQ to support the school's educational programs.

Work Details
The contract requires the purchase of 17 units of Smart Board RX265 Interactive Displays with iQ. The Master Contractor must be an authorized reseller for Smart Technologies and provide a screenshot of the Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) with their bid. Additionally, the contractor must ensure that no substitutions are made and that all items are new equipment. The contractor is also responsible for providing estimated ship dates and lead times for each item listed in the PORFP.
