Smallwood State Park - Replace Pavilion #2

Background
The Maryland Department of Natural Resources is issuing a contract for the replacement of Pavilion #2 at Smallwood State Park, located at 2750 Sweden Point Road, Marbury, Maryland.
The project aims to perform historic restorations to enhance the park's facilities and ensure they meet current standards. This procurement has been designated for Certified Small Businesses.

Work Details
The contractor will provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, and insurance necessary for the historic restoration of Pavilion #2.
Specific tasks include:
- Installation of compacted #57 stone for a concrete slab (estimated 31 tons).
- Installation of electrical conduit/wiring (estimated 100 linear feet) using ½” conduit as a basis for material cost.
- All electrical work must be performed by a master electrician licensed in Charles County, Maryland.

Period of Performance
The contract work is expected to be completed within 180 calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed.

All work will be performed at Smallwood State Park, located at 2750 Sweden Point Road, Marbury, Maryland 20658.

This contract is set aside for Certified Small Businesses.
