Signage for Real Estate Services

Background
The Maryland Department of Transportation - Office of Real Estate Development (MDOT-ORED) is seeking contractors for the installation, modification, removal, and maintenance of real estate marketing signs throughout the State of Maryland.
The goal of this contract is to ensure effective signage that supports real estate services in the region.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for:
- Transporting signage materials to designated locations.
- Installing various types of real estate marketing signs.
- Modifying existing signage as required.
- Removing outdated or damaged signs.
- Providing ongoing maintenance for all installed signs to ensure they remain in good condition and visible to the public.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon issuance of a Notice to Proceed (NTP) and will continue for a specified duration as outlined in the final agreement, with potential extensions based on performance and funding availability.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed throughout the State of Maryland, with specific locations determined by MDOT-ORED based on their real estate marketing needs.
