The period of performance for the awarded grants will be from August 1, 2025, to June 30, 2026.

Bidder Requirements
Eligible applicants must be nonprofit organizations classified as tax-exempt under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. They must have at least two years of documented experience providing treatment services and comply with all applicable local and state licensing requirements. Additionally, applicants must secure commitments for matching funds equal to their funding request.
