ServiceNow Subscription Renewal

Background
The Maryland Health Benefit Exchange (MHBE) is an independent unit of State government established to provide Maryland’s residents and small businesses with the opportunity to compare rates, benefits, and quality among health insurance plans.

The goal of this contract is to renew the subscription for ServiceNow, which supports MHBE's mission in facilitating enrollment in health insurance plans and evaluating eligibility for Medicaid coverage and other cost-sharing programs.

Work Details
The vendor shall provide the following subscriptions with a term beginning on July 29, 2026, and ending on July 28, 2027:
- Part # PROD17256-2: IT Service Management Fulfiller Professional - Fulfiller User (Quantity: 20)
- Part # PROD17800-2: ServiceNow(R) Business Stakeholder Stakeholder User v4 (Quantity: 20)
- Part # PROD18818: ServiceNow® FedRAMP Environment Premium for Production/Non-Production Instances - GCC Internet POD (IL-2) (Quantity: 2)
- Part # PROD24403: Impact Guided - Public Sector (US) v4 (Packaged Services) (Quantity: 1)
- Part # PROD12492-2: ServiceNow® Agile Team Module (Quantity: 1)
- Part # PROD22417-2: Integration Hub Starter v4 Transactions (Quantity: 1)

Additionally, as part of this renewal subscription, MHBE shall receive Guided Support directly from ServiceNow for the duration of the agreement. All invoices must include specific details such as contractor name, products/services purchased, and supporting documentation.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence on July 29, 2026, and will run for a period of 12 months until July 28, 2027.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the Maryland Health Benefit Exchange located at 750 E. Pratt Street, Baltimore, MD.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be authorized resellers of ServiceNow and must submit a letter of authorization from the manufacturer with their bid.

There are no stated M/WBE or other set-aside certifications required for this solicitation.
