Rocket Bluezone Renewal

Background
The Maryland Department of Transportation (MDOT) is seeking to renew maintenance for Rocket Terminal Emulator software, specifically the Blue Zone Desktop and Web Editions, for Fiscal Year 2025. The goal of this contract is to ensure continued support and functionality of the software used by MDOT.

Work Details
The contract includes the following products and services:

1. Rocket Blue Zone Desktop Renewal - 50 subscription licenses for the Rocket Terminal Emulator (Desktop Edition) with part number BLU-EMUL-LT-100.

2. Web Edition Maintenance Renewal - 100 maintenance subscriptions for the Rocket Terminal Emulator (Web Edition) with part number BLU-RBWE-MS-100.

Both products are to be delivered as new and unused equipment, with no restocking fees applicable for returns due to damage or incorrect shipments. The vendor must provide estimated ship dates/lead times for each item listed in the procurement.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence on January 10, 2025, and conclude on January 9, 2026.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at MDOT/OTTS located at 7201 Corporate Center Dr, Hanover, MD 21076.
