Background
Calvert County Government, through the Board of County Commissioners of Calvert County, Maryland, is seeking written quotes from qualified contractors to provide and print envelopes and letterhead paper. The goal of this contract is to ensure the provision of high-quality printed materials that comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

The contractor will be responsible for providing, printing, and delivering the following products:

- Color: Classic® Natural White

- Basis Weight: 24 lb.
- Type: No. 10 Commercial (4.125 x 9.5 inches)
- Estimated Annual Quantity: 20 boxes (500 envelopes per box)
- Printing in black with specified text for the Calvert County Board of County Commissioners.
- One proof required prior to printing; additional proofs at no cost if initial proof is incorrect.

2. **Letterhead Paper**:

3. **Delivery Requirements**:
- Delivery within 30 calendar days after receipt of purchase order to Calvert County Government's Mailroom at specified address.
- Contractor bears all freight charges and is responsible for offloading and inside delivery.

Period of Performance
The contract will be effective for one year from the date indicated in the Notice to Proceed, with options for four additional one-year extensions under the same terms and conditions.
