Description

The City of College Park is requesting proposals for the construction of a community center to be located at 3545 Marlbrough Way, College Park, Maryland 20740. This was previously the location of the College Park Woods Swimming Club pool and clubhouse. The intended use for the new structure is a community meeting space. A larger pool and a toddler pool were filled in and abandoned and the clubhouse was razed. The second phase of the project is to construct a new community meeting structure that is consistent with the Construction Documents and County building permit and approved plans.
