The University is seeking a Software-as-a-Service ( SaaS ) digital asset management ( DAM ) solution that will: Strengthen brand equity through global permissions-based access to a central repository of current, compliant, consistent, approved, on-brand assets (images, video, audio), content, templates, style guides, brand identity guidelines and more; Reduce or eliminate risk of publication of expired or non-compliant assets and content; Eliminate resource redundancy and improve efficiency, return on marketing investment ( ROMI ), volume, velocity, speed to market and quality through enterprise-wide repurposing & reuse of assets as well as video, print and digital template customization.

The University of Maryland Global Campus (UMGC) is seeking a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) digital asset management (DAM) solution to strengthen brand equity through global permissions-based access to a central repository of current, compliant, consistent, approved, on-brand assets such as images, video, audio, content, templates, style guides, and brand identity guidelines. The goal is to reduce or eliminate the risk of publication of expired or non-compliant assets and content and to improve efficiency, return on marketing investment (ROMI), volume, velocity, speed to market, and quality through enterprise-wide repurposing & reuse of assets as well as video, print and digital template customization.
