Background
Baltimore City Schools, governed by the Baltimore City Board of School Commissioners, serves the educational needs of approximately 75,811 students across 162 schools and programs in Baltimore City. The district is committed to enhancing its cybersecurity measures and has been selected for the FCC's Schools and Libraries E-rate Cybersecurity Pilot Program. This initiative aims to strengthen the cybersecurity posture of City Schools, ensuring the protection of its digital infrastructure and sensitive data.

Work Details
Baltimore City Schools seeks a comprehensive Data Loss Prevention (DLP) Solution that includes all necessary software, hardware, and licensing for operation throughout the contract term. The solution must encompass:

1. Policy Enforcement: Customizable DLP policies with real-time monitoring.
2. Data Discovery and Classification: Automated identification of sensitive data across various states (at rest, in motion, in use) with cloud integration.
3. Incident Management: Automated alerts for policy violations and detailed reporting on incidents.
4. Content Inspection: Deep inspection capabilities for various file types including OCR for images/PDFs.
5. Endpoint Protection: DLP agents compatible with Windows, Mac OS, and Linux.
6. Network Protection: Monitoring data traffic with integration into existing security devices.
7. Compliance and Reporting: Adherence to regulations like FERPA and HIPAA with customizable reporting tools.
8. Scalability: Support for managing 15,000 devices across diverse environments (cloud, virtual, on-premises).
9. Implementation training for 5 employees on the provided solution.

Period of Performance
The anticipated term of the contract is three (3) years from the date of Board approval.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at various locations within Baltimore City Schools.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must have a Service Provider Identification Number (SPIN), an active Unique Entity Identifier (SAM), an FCC registration number (CORES), a current Form 498 or 499, and a current Service Provider Annual Certification (SPAC). All vendors must include copies of these documents in their proposals.
