RFP-24027 College and Career Ready Platform

Background
This Request for Proposals (“RFP” or “solicitation”) is soliciting Proposals from qualified Entities to provide a College and Career Ready Platform for students from sixth through twelfth grade. Baltimore City Public Schools, with an annual operating budget of approximately $1.3B, is seeking to award a new contract for this service.

Work Details
The scope of services includes the provision of a College and Career Ready Platform (CCRP) for students in grades 6-12. The platform should integrate with the Student Information System (SIS) Infinite Campus, support mobile and desktop interfaces, manage and track the college and career continuum of services for students, include social emotional learning, manage work-based learning experiences, and provide robust data and reporting system.
The Offeror must have a minimum of five years’ experience providing similar products in grades 6 through 12 and demonstrate a clear and proven successful track record of CCRP implementation.

Period of Performance
The anticipated term of the Contract is five (5) years from the date after Board approval.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at various locations within Baltimore City.
