Work Details

2. **Installation**: Conduct site assessments for optimal placement of machines, install them adhering to safety regulations, ensure electrical connectivity, and test functionality.
3. **Inventory Management and Restocking**: Develop an inventory management system that alerts the County when restocking is needed; train DHHS staff on restocking procedures; ensure machines can report inventory levels remotely.
4. **Maintenance and Repair**: Provide regular maintenance services with quarterly inspections; respond to service requests within two business days; ensure machine downtime does not exceed fifteen business days unless approved by DHHS.
5. **Data Collection and Reporting**: Implement a system for collecting anonymous data on usage; provide regular reports on machine performance; ensure data privacy; all collected data remains the property of the County.
6. **Training and Support**: Provide training to DHHS staff on machine operation and inventory management; offer ongoing technical support.
Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon the issuance of a Notice to Proceed by Montgomery County and will end on September 30, 2027. The Director has the option to renew the contract for two additional one-year terms based on satisfactory performance.
