Reflective Sign Sheeting

Background
The State of Maryland, through its Office of State Procurement, is issuing this Invitation for Bids (IFB) to procure Reflective Sign Sheeting. The Department of General Services is committed to serving the State and its agencies by providing necessary goods and services. The goal of this contract is to establish a reliable source for Reflective Sign Sheeting that will enhance nighttime visibility for traffic control signs and objects.

Work Details
The successful bidder(s) will supply Reflective Sign Sheeting as specified in the IFB. The sheeting must conform to ASTM D4956 standards and include various types such as Type I, II, III, IV, VIII, IX, and XI.

The sheeting should be flexible, retroreflective, and designed for traffic control signs. Deliveries must be made to designated locations upon request from using agencies. The contractor is responsible for ensuring timely delivery and compliance with specifications. Invoices must include company name, address, FEIN number, contact person details, and reference the Blanket Purchase Order.

Period of Performance
The contract will have a base period of three (3) years with two (2) optional renewal periods.

Place of Performance
Statewide delivery within Maryland as specified by the using agencies.
