4. Fire pump system service for electric pumps.
5. Kitchen hood testing and inspection.

Period of Performance
The contract will be effective for a term of three years from the Notice to Proceed (NTP), anticipated to start in 2025.
Place of Performance
Services will be performed at multiple locations within Baltimore City including the main campus at 2901 Liberty Heights Avenue, West Pavilion at 3100 Towanda Avenue, South Pavilion at 2600 Liberty Heights Avenue, and other specified buildings.
