Background
The Baltimore City Office of Boards and Commissions, at the request of the Department of Public Works, Office of Engineering and Construction, is seeking to certify the qualifications of engineering firms for Construction Management Assistance for Sanitary Contract 979 Dundalk Avenue Pumping Station Rehabilitation.

The goal is to rehabilitate the pumping station over a period of five years.

Work Details
The services to be provided include:
- Construction monitoring and inspection
- Preparation of daily reports
- Maintenance of project records and documentation
- Review of contractor’s application for payment
- Attendance at progress meetings
- Preparation of record drawings
- Review of contract claims and support documents
- Cost estimating
- Scheduling
- Time impact analysis

Firms must demonstrate experience in Facilities Rehabilitation and Construction at Wastewater Treatment Plants and familiarity with standard construction inspection procedures across Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical disciplines, and SCADA system installation. Knowledge of applicable building codes and standards is required. Experience with Primavera scheduling software (version 6) and Primavera Contract Management (version 14) is necessary. The project fee is estimated at $3,500,000.00.

Period of Performance
The contract will be awarded for a period of 5 years.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed in Baltimore City.
