Background
The Maryland Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services (DPSCS) is issuing this solicitation for the provision of Prison Rape Elimination Act (PREA) Audit Services. Work Details

2. On-Site Audit (6 per facility in Year 1, 5 in Years 2 and 3)

4. Corrective Action Plan (6 per facility in Year 1, 5 in Years 2 and 3)
5. Lead Auditor Fees and Expenses (6 per facility in Year 1, 5 in Years 2 and 3)

Audits must adhere to PREA standards set forth in federal regulations and be completed by August 2028, with remaining time reserved for compliance with corrective action plans.
